Like & Share Giveaways - Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of Hart Sports Massage's ‘LIKE & SHARE GIVEAWAY’ competition on Hart Sports Massage's Facebook and Instagram pages. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Hart Sports Massage is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Participants are to agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below:
Eligibility
The Contest is open to all residents residing in the United Kingdom at time of contest. Immediate family members of Hart Sports Massage are prohibited from entering. The winner or person receiving the prize of sports massage therapy must be 18 years old and above. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Contest Criteria - Facebook
1) Participants are required to LIKE the Like & Share Giveaway Facebook post on Hart Sports Massage's official Facebook page.
2) Participants are required to SHARE the Like & Share Giveaway post on their Facebook timeline.
Contest Criteria - Instagram
1) Participants are required to LIKE Hart Sports Massage's Like & Share Giveaway post.
2) Participants are required to SHARE the Like & Share Giveaway post on their Instagram Feed or Story.
3) Participants are also required to make sure that their Instagram profile is set to ‘Public’ so that the entry can be viewed by Hart Sports Massage.
Contest Duration
The competition ends at 11:59pm of the month of the advertised Giveaway post. Any Likes & Shares submitted past the deadline and / or submissions with incomplete info will be deemed invalid and will not be entertained.
Winners’ Criteria
Winners will be picked by random (lucky draw method) and MUST fulfill ALL the Criteria stated in the ‘Contest Criteria’ section above. The Management’s decision is final and binding. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) SET of prize.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is transferable to a friend. Prizes are subject to appointment availability. The person receiving the sports massage therapy will be required to complete a Health Consultation Form before receiving their prize.
Prizes
The winner will be entitled to one of the following (subject to health assessment by Hart Sports Massage).
– One hour session of sports massage therapy; OR
– One hour session of sports massage and cupping therapy; OR
– One hour session of sports massage therapy with K-taping.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced via an Announcement Post on Hart Sports Massage's Facebook and Instagram pages, and will be sent a private message within 28 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Additional
Hart Sports Massage reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Hart Sports Massage's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Hart Sports Massage.
Hart Sports Massage's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: ryan@hartsportsmassage.co.uk. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
